Julien C. Hyer Youth Camp

Building Bridges Through Service

The Julien C. Hyer Youth Camp brings young people from around the world to Texas for six transformative weeks. Campers experience life in Dallas-Fort Worth, Lake Texoma, San Antonio, and Lubbock while living with Lions families. Through cultural exchange and community service, we foster international understanding and create ambassadors for peace.

World Services for the Blind

Sustainable Independence Through Skills and Training

World Services for the Blind (WSB) transforms lives by providing comprehensive rehabilitation and career training for blind and visually impaired adults. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, WSB offers everything from essential life skills to technology-based career programs—all in one location. Since 1947, over 13,000 people from all 50 states and 58 countries have trained at WSB. Founded by the Lions Clubs of Arkansas, WSB remains the world’s most comprehensive vocational training center for people who are blind or visually impaired.
