Understanding District 2-E2 Voting Eligibility

According to Section 2 of the Lions Club district constitution, any Lions Club with members who have held membership for at least one year and one day as of March 1, 2026, is entitled to voting representation at the 2025 District 2-E2 Convention.

Voting Strength: Clubs are allocated one vote for every 10 members (or fraction thereof, with five members constituting a fraction). Clubs with fewer than 10 members as of March 1, 2026, are entitled to one vote regardless of their membership size.

Delegate Requirements & Registration

All delegates, alternates, PDGs, PIDs, and PIPs must meet the following criteria to be certified:

• Be registered at the convention
• Hold an Active, Life, or Privileged membership status
• Be in good standing with their home club
• Be in good standing with Lions Clubs International
• Be in good standing with District 2-E2
• The delegate registration deadline is April 18th. Submit your club’s qualified delegates using the form below.

Step 1: Use the Delegate Form to submit the names of qualified club members who will be voting on April 18th.

Step 2: Review your club’s delegate allocation in the qualification form below. Clubs highlighted in green have outstanding dues with Lions Clubs International. If your club appears highlighted, verify the amount due on the Lions Portal to ensure your delegates qualify to vote.
