Texas Lions District 2-E2 International Peace Poster Contest Inspiring Youth to Imagine Peace Through Art
For more than 30 years, Lions Clubs around the world have invited young artists to share their vision of peace through a powerful, creative tradition. The Peace Poster Contest encourages students to express hope, unity, and understanding — using art as a universal language that inspires communities and connects hearts across borders. Texas Lions District 2-E2 proudly supports this initiative by empowering youth across our region to imagine and illustrate a more peaceful world.
Together, we can do amazing things. This year we’re inviting students around the world to envision what can happen when a diverse group of people unites around a common cause or goal. Imagine a world where we all come together as one!
Students ages 11, 12, or 13 as of November 15 are eligible to participate in the International Peace Poster Contest.
Lions Clubs participating in the Peace Poster Contest will have kits from LCI to share with participants. If you don’t have those kits already, check with the Peace Poster Contest Coordinator, Lion Wanda Sullivan at moc.liamg@798yllusw.
