In every Lions Club, there’s that one member who always shows up—working quietly, serving humbly, and leading through action. The Grassroots Lions Award is designed to recognize these everyday champions. They may not hold a formal title, but their impact is undeniable.
These Lions are the heart of our organization—giving their time, energy, and love to serve others. This award is your opportunity to shine a light on their dedication.
🌟 Nomination Criteria:
To be eligible, the nominee must:
- ✅ Be an active member in good standing of a club that is also in good standing
- ✅ Have demonstrated exceptional service to Lionism
- ✅ Have not served as a Vice District Governor
- ✅ Have a proven record of meaningful service to their club and community
📝 Nominate One Lion per Club:
Each club may submit one nominee for this award. The process is simple:

- Print your completed form
- Please mail it to the address listed on the form
