Lions District 2-E2 will hold its 2nd District Meeting on Saturday, October 17, from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Pathway Church, 323 NW Renfro Street in Burleson. Hosted by the Burleson Lions Club, the day includes the past district governors’ meeting, zone chair and cabinet meetings, an opening ceremony, and a service round table discussion. At lunch, Ana Moss will share her blindness journey with her Leader Dog. Attendees are encouraged to bring new twin sheet sets for Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP), and Lions will tie fleece blankets for SHP during the morning meetings. Be sure to register for lunch and note a sandwich or salad preference.
