As the new Lions year approaches, it’s essential that your club’s Membership Roster accurately reflects all active members who intend to continue into the next fiscal year. Any individuals who are no longer participating—or do not wish to renew their membership—must be officially dropped via the Lion Portal no later than June 30.
If you fail to update your roster by this deadline, your club will be assessed both Lions Clubs International (LCI) and District 2-E2 dues for every listed member, including those who are no longer active.
To avoid unnecessary charges and ensure accurate reporting:
- Review your roster carefully in the Lion Portal
- Confirm that all listed members are active and plan to remain
- Process any drops before June 30
This helps keep your records clean and your club’s budget accurate, and it ensures your service team is ready to begin the new year strong.
