Updating Your Lions Club Information

Has your meeting time, date, or location changed? Please update your Club Details in the Lion Portal by June 15, 2024 so the District Directory is accurate.

  1. Log in to the Lion Portal.
  2. Click the My Club button at the top of the landing page.

  3. On the far right, click the Club Actions tab.
  4. Click the Edit Club Details button (usually at the bottom).
  5. Scroll through the window and update your club information as needed.
  6. Click Next.

  7. Double-check your entries. When done, return to the Home Page or log out.

Submitting Your Lions Club Officer Information

Update your 2024–2025 officers by June 15, 2024.

  1. Log in to the Lion Portal.
  2. Click My Club.

  3. Go to the Member Actions tab (may already be open).
  4. Click Manage Club Officers.

  5. Select Create New Assignment, then click Next.

  6. At the prompt, select Upcoming Year, then click Next.

  7. Select Officer and then the appropriate Title Type:
    • Official – for President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer
    • Local – for other club roles

  8. Select the member from the dropdown and click Next.

  9. Decide if you want to add the officer’s address, then click Next.

Note: Officers must be entered as NEW assignments for 2024–2025, even if they are continuing.

Adding or Dropping Members

Deadline: Update your member roster by June 15, 2024 to avoid dues for dropped members.

  1. Log in to the Lion Portal.
  2. Click My Club.

  3. Open the Member Actions tab and click Manage Club Members.

  4. Select Add Member or Drop Member as needed.

  5. Search and select the member, click Next.
  6. Enter the effective date. For drops, provide a reason. For adds, fill in the member’s details.
  7. Click Save and Next.
  8. Verify your updated member list by clicking Home → scroll to Club Members → click View All.
