One unified District day. On Saturday, January 17, 2026, Texas Lions District 2-E2 will host the 3rd Annual Leadership and Cabinet Meeting, bringing together District leadership, Cabinet members, club officers, and Lions who want to stay informed, aligned, and ready to serve.
This meeting is held in conjunction with the 2026 Opportunities for Youth Contest. That means we are doing what Lions do best in one place and one day: strengthening our leadership while supporting the youth we serve.

Leadership and Cabinet Meeting
The Leadership and Cabinet Meeting is the primary gathering for District 2-E2 operations and coordination. This is where we share District updates, align on priorities, and keep clubs connected to the support and resources available across the District.
Please plan to attend if you are: a District officer, Cabinet member, Zone Chair, club officer, committee chair, or a Lion who wants to stay engaged and informed.
Opportunities for Youth Contest
Taking place alongside the Leadership and Cabinet Meeting, the Opportunities for Youth Contest showcases student leadership and talent through District-level competitions that may include scholarship and advancement opportunities.
Your presence matters. When Lions leaders show up for these students, it reinforces why these programs exist: to encourage strong character, clear communication, and service-minded leadership.
2026 YOUTH CONTEST WINNERS CIRCLE:
Thank You to Our Students, Families, and Lions Club Sponsors
Lions District 2-E2 extends sincere thanks to the students who participated in our Opportunities for Youth Contests, the families who supported them, and the Lions Clubs that sponsored each contestant. Your encouragement and commitment play a vital role in helping young people grow in confidence and leadership.
Congratulations to all of our winners—you did an outstanding job. We look forward to supporting our first-place winners as they advance to the State Convention in May, proudly representing District 2-E2.
Thank you for helping us invest in the leaders of tomorrow.
We look forward to next year’s Opportunities for Youth program and the continued growth, creativity, and leadership of our students.
